Who counts as an active user?
Everyone who edits or manages content, for example documents, assets, risks, measures, suppliers or audits.
Do read-only users cost extra?
No. Readers see approved documents and confirm that they have read them in an audit-proof way, without counting towards the number of users.
What happens when the subscription ends?
Your data remains readable. New entries or changes are then no longer possible.
Does the AI cost extra?
Not with us. You store the API key of an AI provider of your choice and pay for usage directly there. WolfISMS does not charge anything extra for the AI assistants.
What is included in SSO & REST API?
Single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID or Google, and the REST API through which external systems create and read incidents, measures, assets, risks, suppliers and vulnerabilities. The package can be booked with Essentials and Advanced.
Does WolfISMS guarantee certification?
No. WolfISMS is the platform; an effective ISMS needs processes that are actually lived. For support all the way to certification, we work with experienced partners.
Which languages does WolfISMS support?
The user interface of WolfISMS is available in German and English.
